Faultline Entertainment Group, Inc. (the “Company”) will operate Faultline Pictures, Inc. (an independent motion picture and television production company), Faultline Music Group (a music production company that operates an owned studio and owns an interest in all music produced and distributed internationally), Freakline Pictures (an independent motion picture and television production company specializing in horror and supernatural thriller genres), License to thrill (a licensing firm that holds all rights to original characters and phrases in all productions that partners with manufacturers and distributors to realize maximum potential from such rights) and Quiksilver Distributions (a music and film distribution company captive to the production companies owned or partnered with Faultline Entertainment Group).

The Company's officers include John Flynn, formally the President & Chief Financial Officer of Segmentz, Inc., a strong regional logistics company and founder of three companies that he has grown from zero to 1,000 employees, and James A. Fitzpatrick, a 25 year veteran of film and television that has found success as a writer, actor, producer and director during that tenure.
